All in all a good experience. We had an issue with there being no feather free bedding as requested. But, the on duty staff and then the manager were helpful, kind and offered us adequate compensation for the inconvenience. Location seems safe. In/next to a mall. Parking is ample, but paid. 20% hotel discount for garage parking is adequate. Don't expect a view. Decent/standard modern business hotel that's accessible and does the job it's supposed to do so. Breakfast spread is quality.

Hotel was fine, breakfast was buffet and good. Hotel staff weren't good at all with helping us with directions and attractions to visit and see. They had one child's chair for the whole hotel which made breakfast a first in best dressed option. Not impressed at all. Parking was also extremely hard to find unless you wanted to pay 20 Euro per day.

Spacious, clean and functional room. It is a big plus for me when a room has a comfortable chair, or sofa in this case. Another positive is to have a safe in the room, something I missed in four other hotels I stayed at in Munich recently. One thing that the Bonvoy group are doing right is the fact that you can connect your phone to the TV for watching Netflix etc. Definitely my first choice for my next visit to Munich!

Totally outstanding experience. Munch airport, take S8 train to Ostbahnhof in 31 mins. Exit friedenstrasse and if your lucky, catch bus 190/191 for 1 stop and you will be just outside the hotel. Entrance is located 2/3 along the building. On arrival, receptionist Katrin is a star. Great smile and warming invitation. She even helps out clearing plates at breakfast time. Cleaning is every 3 days but you can change to your preference. Free hot drinks from the coffee machine in breakfast area. Breakfast is served 6.30-10.30 weekdays and 7-11 weekends. They have small pastries, cake, boiled egg, scrambled eggs, bake beans and boiled sausages, cereals, fruits, Yogurt and cold cuts of meat and cheese. Gym has good range of equipment. Laundry has 2 washing machine and 2 dryers. Each machine cost 4 euros and are exchanged with a coin at reception. Jael is also super helpful. You can also borrow umbrellas! Btw the crate of chocolates at reception is not free! I heard every guest ask.!!the reception area has chargers dotted every where on the sitting area/ bottom of sofa. Downstairs is a tasty Asian restaurant and around the corner has 4 supermarkets all next together. Anyway it has been a very pleasant stay and very comfortable.

great breakfast that starts serving at 630 am and goes to 10 rooms are very clean and nice with daily service available front desk is very helpful and speak at least english and german along with the sister hotel across the plaza having a bar

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
