Exceptional stay! The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. They allowed us to check in at 10:00am since they had a room available and stored our luggage the next day after we checked out so we didn’t have to drag it around the city with us all day. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable and the location was perfect…just a couple of blocks from Grand Central. We’ll definitely stay again on our next trip to the city.

Great hotel within walking distance of Central Park, Rockefeller, Times Square, etc. The room was big w king bed and sofa bed, full kitchen, large desk, nice bathroom, lots of windows. Staff was great esp Emma who helped w check in and getting our stored luggage. Note that check in is late, at 4p. We came in a little before 3 and our room wasn't ready because the ones before us had late checkout, so we couldn't clean up or change before heading out. Breakfast was great selection and very good.

We visited NYC over Labor Day weekend and had a great experience at this Residence Inn. We found our one bedroom suite to be generously sized for NYC, clean, safe and with very friendly staff. Breakfast was typical for a Residence Inn; however the location on Lexington made it easy to get anywhere in the city relatively quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great hotel. Quick checkin. Clean. Comfortable bed. Full kitchenette with all the utensils, pots and pans, etc. Accurate climate control. No waits for elevators. Breakfast was the best I've had for under $300/ night. We were in 315 which was a handicapped room. The view was of the brick wall next door. Very safe. Close to some great restaurants both casual and fine dining.

This is a very small place. Rooms are not as depicted on website. We are Marriott Lifetime Titanium members and this evening asked for water and the girl at the front desk made a point to let us know she’d “give it to us this time but water is only given at checkin only”! Very discourteous. When we give our business to a Corporation such as Marriott we expect something in return. We will not be using this location again. Rooms are tiny with stuff crammed in. I needed somewhere to work but the desk is 2 feet from the bottom of the bed, and the huge TV is sitting on it. The bathroom has a tiny sink area with no place to put your stuff AND to top that off, not one outlet. 950.00 a night for this little hole. This is absolutely no suite. I stay at many Residence Inns and usually love them, but this one is a bust. (On website they don’t tell you about construction — but it starts early in the morning and a continuous pounding on what sounds like the rooms’ wall next to mine, the entire day.)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
