        1. The hotel staff all were nice and pleasant but… 2. I stayed for one night only because of a delayed flight and I was in room 610 as to which was dated and smelly! Since I was told I had the last room, I was stuck! So I said “I’ll make the best of it”… until I noticed the dirty tub, the sink detaching from the cabinets and bathroom doors with streaks of brown and green liquids stuck to them! (See photos) I was not in any condition to leave and find another hotel as it was 11:30pm and all hotels were full! This was unacceptable! I just don’t understand how these hotels don’t take the time to make sure these rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized! So… I pulled out my Clorox Wipes and Lysol and cleaned! Then I showered after placing a towel in the bottom of the tub! At this point I knew I was not going to sleep under the covers, because I was sure these sheets might not be the best! 3. Then it happened, I wake up in the middle of the night to excessive scratching! I look at my arm ( see pic) and yes I’ve been bit by what, I still do not know but my arm looked horrific! So I got up, showered and went to check out! After checking out and discussing this I was offered an apology and asked “what can we do?” I asked for a refund since the room was $180 plus but I was offered points! I didn’t ask for points! I wrote a complaint and was sent 3 apology emails but no refund and was told the hotel will call me if they find anything in the room after inspection! I was also told someone would call me about the refund and that did not take place! After 3 days passed I called customer service who told me to wait a few more days to hear from someone and of course no call, no refund but they did add points after 5 days as a way yo ensure I book with them again! Why would I continue to use Marriott after this? I’m a Marriott member and I am now considering changing that! This was my worst experience in any hotel by far! The worst part is if it happened to any of those staff members they would want better treatment and they just seem to not care!

        A little dated, but fine for one night stay. Rooms are spacious, staff is kind, and the location is great. However, the hotel is in need of some upgrades. The pillows are basically non-existent, they are so flat. The bathrooms do not have exhaust fans, so if you take a nice warm shower the bathroom gets extremely humid with steam which then enters the bedroom. We had joined rooms, one seemed to have great air conditioning and was always nice and chill and the other didn't seem to work too well and was hot all night long. The compressor in the bedroom is also extremely loud which doesnt make for a very restful night. Additionally, it took nearly 50 minutes from the time I called for a shuttle to actually get on a shuttle at the airport for a pick up. For a hotel less than 5 minutes away, that seemed excessive to me. Especially considering nearby hotels had numerous shuttles stop by to pick up guests during that time. Our flight was too early in the morning for breakfast, so I unfortunately can't speak to that. All in all it was an okay stay, but a few changes could make it much better.

        We stayed here while in Orlando for a brief 4-night stay and it was perfect for us. The front desk was quite helpful with our accommodations and arrangements. Keyvon was knowledgeable, friendly, and had excellent customer service.

        The hotel staff at this hotel is amazing! We were stranded at the airport at 1:00 am after flight cancellations, and while there were no rooms available that night, they said we could come to their lobby and stay vs the airport. They were so accommodating and found 11 of us rooms first thing in the morning. They are amazing!

        First, the property is what you think a Marriott should be. The thing that stands out for me is the staff. On December 21st, the young man checking us in was great, kind, and really cared about the guest. In the morning, the man running around making sure breakfast was perfect for everyone was great. A breakfast that is usually a mess at hotels, this guy was attentive as a 5 star steak house. I never would think I would find that at a contental breakfast. If I had my business in Orlando, I would be giving him my card to work for me doing customer service. I have just got to say wow!!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
