Had to write a quick review and thank you. Everything was excellent. But a very special thank you to the restaurant team. We arrived very late after a long travel day and the restaurant was closing in 10 minutes. We rushed over to order. Everyone was so kind, accommodating and friendly. We did not feel rushed. And they let us sit down to enjoy a meal after a very long travel day. Just wanted to send a big thank you for being so welcoming right before closing!

The hotel is conveniently located in CDG by taking a short ride on the CDGVal . They accommodated 3 kids and 2 adults for us in the one bedroom suite which is hard to find in France. The room was spacious enough for a family of 5 with a mini kitchen, king bed and sofa bed. The hotel is new and very nice . Breakfast was wonderful. We landed from an overnight flight at 6:55 am and they had a room ready for us at 8 am instead of 3pm. That was wonderful for us to be able to go rest and drop luggage before heading into the city. We will definitely use it again on future trips!

I generally liked this hotel. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. The rooms are very comfortable although it is hard to cool them down but that seems to be a general issue in France. The Breakfast is extensive and tasty. But the coffee is awful. That said, the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is super easy to get to the airport which is why we stayed here. I wouldn't recommend staying this far out if you plan to go into Paris daily though.

The front desk staff are friendly enough and try to be helpful, but they are up against a lot wrong with the hotel in general. The front desk is not staffed 24/7--surprising for a hotel with this many rooms. The location is just a short walk and free train ride (every 5 minutes) to the airport, but don't expect the hotel to tell you that. Instead, they are pushing a shuttle service that runs once per hour and cost EU8 per person. They do not tell you that the shuttle runs from the nearby Marriott Courtyard, not from this hotel. The room is a good size, and clean, but it is spartan. For example there's minimal surfaces for your bag or clothing, no pad of paper to write on, and no robe or washcloth in the bathroom, nor any place to hang a hand towel near the sink. Be careful: the shower floor is extremely slippery when wet, nor do they offer any shower mats. In addition, you cannot control the temperature in your room. Electricity in the entire hotel was intermittent. There were too few servers in the dining room, so service was poor (not the servers' fault!). We do not recommend this hotel.

Everything is new. Clean and neat. The breakfast buffet was awesome, so many different kinds of food. Great location with airport tram station. Only drawback when we stayed there for two nights was the parking. Hardly find a spot to park! After talking to the reception, we learned you can park at any parking lot of all the hotels there (Still hard to find a spot if the time is not right)!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
