        Check in was friendly and efficient although there was a smell of marijuana all throughout the lobby and hallways. Room was good size and clean...bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was not fit for a soup kitchen. Very little options and what was available seemed to be overcooked and/or left over from previous days. As a Bonvoy Gold Elite member and paying $175 a night, I expect more from a Marriott property.

        The staff here is phenomenal. From the front desk, breakfast workers, and housekeeping all have gone out of their way to make my multiple stays worry free and enjoyable. The location is great-in close proximity to the airport, Amtrak Station, and local Septa Train. The rooms are in great condition as this hotel is not very old. I always enjoy Residence Inn for their in room kitchens. I look forward to my next visit to this hotel.

        the free breakfast in the morning never changes it’s always watery eggs and gross sausage, the service is bad i called down to the desk asking for towels and toilet paper and was told it would be delivered to the room, never was. upon my arrival here there has been problems with hot water in the shower, i’ve had a total of ab 4 hot showers in the past almost 3 weeks staying here, i wouldn’t recommend this hotel, and would not come back.

        Fly was flying around in the bed room and there were dead flys on and beside window frame. My husband had to kill fly. Right before we were leaving for check out and opened up the curtain to see outside, There was again fly on the window.Yikes. Bath tub wasn't clean either. It was a decent breakfast.

        The room was very dusty and ac didn’t work in bedroom. Had to sleep with the door open to the common area of room for ventilation. Night staff was was rude and just unwelcoming. We asked for oven racks which should have already been in the stove only to get lied to 3 times. First call we were told to give them 10 mins and they would be right up. Second time we called they stated that housekeeping was gone for the evening. 3rd time we were told with an attitude that there were no racks in the entire hotel. Need I remind you this is a hotel designed as a mini apartment with basic household appliances. How do you have stoves with no racks. Also there was a huge rat trap in the room which made us feel that there was a problem with rodents. The 3rd day there we noticed we had not received housekeeping at all and decided to call only to be told that housekeeping is only available for guest staying 3 or more days (we had a 4 day reservation). Lastly after killing a spider in the room that came from the side of the bed, we discovered that all of our old towels and everything was not taken or changed. Hotel was horrible. For this to be a Marriott hotel, it sure had the feel of a 1 star. I have pictures to attach

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
