The hotel is located on the beautiful embarcadero near many attractions including the U.S.S Midway, Star of India and trolley and boat tours. Walking distance to lots of restaurants including the Little Italy Neighborhood. There is an excellent playground nearby perfect for kids of all ages. The staff were welcoming and helpful and the buffet breakfast was the perfect way to fuel up for our day. The room was nice overall, but the bed, sleeper sofa were not as comfortable as we would have liked and from a design perspective, I wouldn't have installed a low towel bar directly in front of the bathroom sink. Other than that, excellent stay!

The location is superb, within walking distance to virtually everything; however, a downside is that the bathroom door lacks a lock. Despite this, we plan to return 😁. Rooms: Opted for a room with a kitchenette and absolutely love it; equipped with everything needed for cooking 😁. Nearby activities: The USS MIDWAY museum is practically across the street, Sea Port village is a short distance away, the hotel features a bar on the 5th floor, a heated swimming pool, and there's a Starbucks across from the hotel, surrounded by numerous restaurants and much more. Walkability: Everything is just steps away from the hotel.

We were there January 6-7 for the beer fest for my husbands 35th birthday. We had the pleasure of having Mialani L. As our front desk consultant. She made our experience from beginning to end FANTASTIC! Not only do I feel like she gave us the best corner room in the whole place as an upgrade, but she did everything with a smile and a great attitude! Thank you Mialani for providing a memorable weekend for us. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable and spacious. The elevators worked well. The breakfast provided lots of options. We even spent quite some time at the outside bar and they were kind enough to make sure we were warm during our time outside. I will definitely be staying here next time we are in San Diego. Marriott you guys have a treasure with Mialani!!!!

FANTASTIC hotel, probably the best Marriott we have stayed at!! Great clean rooms, well-stocked, yummy and clean breakfast area with many options, and friendly, eager-to-serve staff that were quick and super helpful. Super close to everything, great location and overall incredible stay! 👏

Awful location. Basic check in took almost half an hour and when you specifically ask on the way out in the morning to do housekeeping, don’t expect it to be done by 430p. Front desk is unapologetic and customer service is very poor. Recommend staying somewhere else.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
