        We stayed here celebrating our two year anniversary and we had the absolute best time. Monet and Abel were exceptional and accomadated us during our stay. They made our trip very special, gave great recommendations and overall created a positive and inviting atmosphere. We loved the complimentary breakfast, they had options suitable for vegan/vegetarian diet. The hotel was clean, rooms were spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The location is also perfect for visiting restaurants and night life. Thank you to Abel and Monet for the best trip! We will definitely be back!

        Cannot say enough great things about our stay here. The rooms are beautiful, the service was fantastic, and the area is perfect! This place made our trip so much better than we could have expected, and we will definitely be coming back here any time we fins ourselves in San Diego! I unfortunately didn't get their names, but every person at the desk was so sweet, especially the lady that checked us in. She took the time to talk to us, and when she heard it was my first time in SD, she gave us a super detailed run down of the area and all sorts of pointers on things to do while in town! If you're on the fence of where to pick, this is your sign to stop the search, this is your place!

        Location is perfect as it is located in heart of downtown San Diego and that was the inky best part. The parking is $60 per night and it was a struggle to find public parking nearby, with all the curb side always full! The services were extremely disappointing! We had to ask for fresh towels and when we requested the room service they mentioned it’s scheduled every alternate day! Everything else was very basic. So if I was getting any other basic hotel with cheap parking i would've exchanged this for that deal! Don’t expect much if you are going by the Marriott in the name!

        We had a room with the sofa bed, it generally worked, a couple of my observations: The positive: I did like the extra USB plugs in the room and since we were there to go fishing, the freezer was great for our catches. The location is wonderful, walking around with lots of eateries and activities. The negative: My son slept on the sofa bed and said it was uncomfortable. Which is normal I suppose for such a bed, but I had a similar problem on the normal bed. The pillows deflate when you've put your head on it for longer than a minute. My biggest complaint.... I'm not understanding a cashless hotel. Are they purposely trying to keep employees from getting tips? You have to go outside the hotel to try to change money to give tips to the valet. I hated that aspect and could be the one reason I pick a different hotel next time.

        Extremely poor customer service! Stayel will not send me my invoice for my stay. I have called over a dozen times in the past week and no one can help. On top of this - the hotel decided to change me another nights stay on 1/16 for a future date in 1/20/24 which I did not ask for or authorize. I have been a Marriott member for 4+ years and have never experienced this lack of customer services. I am literally on hold with the hotel now, for the last 30 minutes to confirm the hotel emailed me an invoice. Still no email

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
