Avoid this grimy dump! The hotel is right next to train tracks. Trains pass and loudly sound their horns. The noise will wake you. Would definitely not want to bring a child here ans chance them being jarred awake. The rooms are run down. The faucet in the bath tub will not shut off and runs at all times. House keeping is supposed to tidy up every other day, they do not. This place has NO redeeming qualities! Please be wiser than I was & just steer clear

If you’ve seen my other reviews you know it’s pretty hard to make me give a bad review. Most of the time I think there’s a mistake or a one-time issue. So when you read this, please know I really wanted this to be a great review because I love Residence Inn properties for stays because of the ‘home’ feel they provide. My check in went well and they actually had a room ready early which was nice. The property as you can see by the pictures has a lot of benefits; pool, courtyard, laundry, and breakfast (which I did not eat as I’m a later riser). The room itself was a little dated and worn, but overall a generous size and everything worked. The only issues I had was the room location and the noise. In my Marriott profile I request high rooms in a quiet part of the hotel; away from elevators and such. I know you don’t always get it, but they do pretty good. However, this room was right off the main highway so all night I heard cars and loud motorcycles. If you get this room make sure you wear ear plugs, LOL. The other issue was my bathroom follow vibrated and hummed pretty loud. Maintenance came out (not looking too thrilled) and told me it was the AC unit below and it sounded a little ‘wobbly’. I mentioned both of these to the front desk and unfortunately they said the hotel was full and my room could not be moved. This was only a two night stay for me so I sucked it up and enjoyed the rest of my stay. I really liked the location of the hotel. It’s right near a transit stop so catching the train to different parts of the city is a breeze. It’s also walking distance to the Bay Area attractions and there’s plenty of food locations in the neighborhood. I never felt unsafe or threatened in anyway. I’m sure I’ll try this hotel again, but for now I’m giving it 3 stars simply because of the unfortunate room selection I got this time. Thanks for reading and safe travels!

Great hotel. Close to little Italy, not far from downtown. Rooms are clean, spacious. The hotel breakfast is pretty good. Staff is all attentive and friendly. It's not a 5 Star resort BUT for families it's great to have a small apartment.

There are a few employees who knock it out of the park with customer service, and a few who don't. The hotel was pretty dated, but they are making nice renovations now. The location is great, but $40/day for self park is high. Breakfast is okay, though the steamed, plastic bags of frozen breakfast sandwiches are inedible. I'll definitely stay again at some point, looking forward to see continued improvements.

Stayed in a two bedroom suite here during a family trip vacation for my sister in laws bday. It was absolutely amazing! Everything from the guest service, amenities and room itself was beyond satisfactory. They even had an extra crib for my youngest and delivered to our room 😊 definitely excited to plan our next stay here! One of the best and definitely favorite places to stay now. Thank you so much!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
