This is my second time staying here, I love how the hotel staff is really engaged, check in was great and they greet you! We stayed an extra day the housekeeping kept knocking but honestly it was to make sure we had everything we needed ..fresh towels and took out the trash! It was amazing for our anniversary!

This is my 3rd time staying here in 3 months. This stay is for 40 days. The rooms are very nice and clean. Very comfortable bed. It is newly renovated and beautiful. The staff is so friendly, helpful, courteous, and extremely professional. Talk about good customer service. They greet you by name. The kitchen staff are very nice. Full complimentary breakfast. House keepers are so nice and accommodating, I can't help but tip them because they are so accommodating. The service all around great. The hotel location is center to the major attractions, literally walking distance. Laundry is really nice with 14 machines and the gym is also very nice. Laundry and gym are located on the second floor along with a nice huge comfortable private sitting area. I like the laundry and gym being on the second floor so you can have access to it 24/7 without disturbing anyone. The walls are soundproof. Overall I give my entire experience for the last 2 months a 5+. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a restaurant/ bar and store is on the first floor. It is my home away from home. I am from the South and I am all about good old fashion hospitality and if you stay here you will experience this as well.

I spent a couple of days here and had an exceptional experience. When my card didn't work in the parking garage, one of the receptionists immediately came downstairs to let me in. I remember he asked me how I was doing and I told him I was in town because my husband was having brain surgery. A few minutes after I had settled in my room, Jackson hand delivered a chocolate bar and a hand written note hoping all goes well at the hospital and to let him know if I need anything at all. Wonderful kindness. Thanks Jackson!

Located in the convention center area. The rooms were nice looking and recently renovated. Kitchen area on the room is nice but we did not need. Front desk was quick and staff were mostly pleasant. Not much explanation except for room number upon check in. Got in the elevator and didn’t know you have to use your key to work the elevator. Arrived on a Saturday but bar was closed. Weird. Our group had five rooms and all had to figure it out. Fitness center is decent size and well equipped on the 2nd floor. Nice laundry room if needed. Same floor has nice gathering area inside and outside. Our group had 4 rooms and all are about the same size and amenities but slightly different layout. Parking is a bit pricey. As stated Room is nice but bed feels stiff but has a pad to make better. Overall could improve. Would stay here again if we return to the area but might look at other options.

The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, right by the Seattle Convention Center and close to downtown tourist attractions. My family enjoyed breakfast, there was a good variety and plenty of food. The parking garage had plenty of parking space, and felt safe and secure. I would stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
