Decent service, and staff are all friendly and helpful. Spacious rooms and good facilities - if you're not bothered by the dated decor (although we thought this was cute!). View of the lake is brilliant if you get a balcony room! Although breakfast is really lacking in choice and especially nutrition... Maybe this is a USA thing though. Zero vegan options. Excellent location with both bus and streetcar right outside the hotel. Walkable to shops and cafes etc south lake Union.

The bads: - The bed is wayyyyyy too soft, back muscles sore after a night. Pillow too soft. Blankets too thin and cold in the middle of night, had to turn up AC to 76F - Windows and balcony sliding doors are not sound-proof, you hear every passing bus even with earplugs! - No room cleaning unless you ask. Incredible. - Tap water tastes like bleach, so make sure you have some bottled water with you. The good: - Has complementary breakfast, but fairly basic. I will not stay here again by my own choice.

We are regulars at this hotel and we enjoy staying here. The maintenance man was nice and we enjoyed the housekeeping lady named Tu and the breakfast person was hospitable. One view out of a bedroom was of a busstop and with people milling around so I kept the curtains closed but the other view was noisy of the street and the streetcar but was not as bad. We will come back but hopefully be on a different floor and different room like last time 😊

First time in Seattle with my family. Very nice location with an amazing view of Lake Union. Little noisy due to being so close to the roads and bus stops. The worst part is the service. The housekeeping came only ONCE during our time there. We had trash piling up and all of our towels and washcloths sat on the floor for DAYS. They claim a refresh service is done every other day but I don’t see how that’s true. We also had to keep calling for towels and washcloths to be brought up to our room. Some days, we have to call two or three times before they finally brought us up any towels. The location and view doesn’t make up for the terrible service. Would not recommend staying here.

Parking is paid separately from room price also and spaces are RIDICULOUSLY TIGHT! This hotel lacked ANY refreshments in the lobby. They do however serve a great breakfast and do offer coffee and other refreshments at that time only. There's a bar also but if you don't drink alcohol, tea, water and coffee are nice to have after a long day working or traveling. So they lost points there, from me. It is a beautiful lobby and indoor area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
