The room that we were put in was a nice room inside but extremely noisy when trying to sleep in the morning due to beyond excessive construction outside of our window. We didn't know what time breakfast was and didn't make it downstairs in time and the front desk could care less but we did try again the next time once we did our best numerous times (because no one answered the phone) to confirm the days/times for accuracy which is our right to do. Housekeeping attempted to come into our room without knocking to ask us when we were checking out. When we had called to request late checkout the front desk rudely denied our request before hanging up on us.

We choose Residence Inn when possible and have stayed at this location several times since summer to visit UW. Each time we have noticed Lexie because she always has a big smile, greets everyone, asks if we need anything, is always cleaning up and seems to be everywhere! I even saw her on my floor smiling and talking to housekeeping while greeting guests at the same time. On our last trip, I asked for her name because she is so friendly and such a hard worker and that is rare today. It’s such a nice experience to see an employee who actually cares about their job and enjoys what they are doing. This location is a very well run hotel and the manager, Andreas, is also very friendly and helpful and makes sure guests have everything they need. I mentioned to Andreas that Lexie deserves a raise, bonus and promotion! I hope that Marriott recognizes Lexie’s good work and rewards her accordingly because it would be a shame to lose such a good employee.

This hotel has Friendly Front Desk staff. Always aim to please and help when needed 100%. Housekeeping has amazing, fast, efficient, friendly staff. The rooms are very clean rooms. The kitchen staff is amazing and hard working. Always available to help. Tips are accepted. The fitness room is wonderful. The hotel has 2 sets of stairs great for running up and down for exercise. The General manager Justin is Great. Great Hotel to stay when visiting the University of Washington and football games.

The property is great. Beautiful, updated, good value. The location is also great. All the people from the front desk to the cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Everything about our stay was as expected... except one thing: The street noise. We had a 1 bdrm corner room facing 45th ave. The street noise was CONSTANT and so so loud. I've never stayed at a hotel with such loud street noise coming through. The motorcycles and sirens were so loud and frequent it was near impossible to fall asleep until early in the morning. Now, I need to give the staff credit. They were sold out of rooms our first night so there was no way to move rooms. And the second night they were more than willing to help us move rooms. It seems as though the rooms not facing 45th st don't get the same road noise. So I would definitely stay at the hotel again due to the cleanliness and great staff. But I would recommend to request a room not facing 45th street when booking.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
