        We stayed here for almost a week, we really enjoyed our stay there! Everyone and everything was perfect, the umbrellas at the lobby for us was magical! Breakfast was very various and always refilled! Our room was kinda of an apartment, we loved it! The view of the city from our room was stunning and with the Christmas lights made everything more enjoyable! Very recommended!

        A True 5-Star Experience at Marriott Residence Vancouver I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott Residence Vancouver, and I was truly blown away by the level of service, cleanliness, and quality. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. My room was absolutely immaculate. It was spacious and well-appointed with everything I could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft and luxurious. The bathroom was sparkling clean and stocked with high-quality toiletries. I also had the opportunity to see the hotel's amenities, including the indoor pool, fitness center, and business center. The pool is refreshing and the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. The fitness center is well-equipped with state-of-the-art machines, and the business center is a great place to catch up on work. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast buffet. The food was fresh and delicious, and there was a wide variety of options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the sausages, scrambled eggs and the fresh fruit. Overall, my stay at the Marriott Residence Vancouver was nothing short of exceptional. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly 5-star experience.

        Well appointed rooms. Walked in for check in, pipes had just burst. Water was everyone- no amenities were available which were the selling feature of this hotel. Had to press to get free parking to compensate for the loss of amenities. Management claimed that couldn’t compensate because I booked through 3rd party. Expected better service, but overall even with that, it was a nice hotel.

        The hotel is very well equipped and the staff is always very friendly and helpful (big shout out to Emelda - she is the BEST!) The rooms we booked were equipped with everything we needed kitchen/bathroom/bedroom wise. You have various options for a quick snack, as well as a 7 eleven and a bakery (open 24/7) just around the corner. Furthermore, they have a self-service shop (small corner) at the hotel. We booked the car at Expo Rental car which is conveniently located at the hotel lobby. The process to book the car was smooth and the staff there was also very nice. The reception team was always very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of!

        This is a fantastic hotel. Often, you have Marriott hotels that I feel are not truly up to Marriott standards. But this one lives up to it. Super friendly and efficient front desk. The rooms are spacious with great kitchen and even a balcony. And breakfast was really good, lots of choices. I loved the layout and atmosphere of the breakfast area (clean and quiet!). And when someone complained about the toaster, staff immediately called maintenance, and he came down in 2 minutes! He addressed it, spoke to the client who made the complaint, and then proceeded to fix the problem, all within 5 minutes. It's been a long time since I've seen this level of service. And just a 10min walk from the station to get you to the Sky Train/ airport. I will definitely be back!
