Great location downtown, near the riverwalk. I liked the fruit infused waters in the lobby and I loved having a more spacious room than standard, with a kitchen. Nice to have a place to keep beverages and reheat leftovers. The room was clean and quiet (21st floor). The restaurant/bar area was great and Victor the bartender was very nice. The free brunch was convenient with many options (nothing exceptional that stands out but definitely something for everyone.) I'd stay here again.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Checking in was a breeze and they moved our rooms so my whole family could all be on the same floor. The breakfast was excellent and the service was great. I will definitely stay there again when I'm in Chicago

This hotel is located in walking distance to almost everything. The service was amazing! We arrived at the hotel extremely early due to our flight. The hotel staff was able to accommodate an early check-in. "Anything is possible," they said and made it happen. The front desk staff gave great recommendations for restaurants as well. As a 1st time visitor to the city, this was very helpful. I can't speak highly enough about the staff. The rooms were modern and clean. The suite that we had was like a mini apartment. It was wonderful. The breakfast had a variety of items to choose from. This property was top-notch!

Unfortunately, probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. I had to fix the fitted sheets because it came off both ends of the bed (never had this issue at a hotel). There was makeup on the pillow and an eye lash on the pillow which made me wonder if the sheets were changed prior to our stay. The bathroom sink had no water pressure and it took forever for the water to get hot. It was a nightmare getting the temp just right since the knob was so sensitive. I just had to deal with it being ice cold. Terrible terrible lighting. My makeup looked like shades I was unfamiliar with. I had to hope that my makeup looked right when I left the hotel room. Lamp outlets did not work. I couldn’t get my iphone charger to work on any outlet (and I tested it by plugging in something that would turn on while plugged in). Got home and my charger works perfectly fine. Not a good experience and will not be staying here again.

Loved this hotel, it's not a luxury resort but a downtown hotel with a great location. Room was nicely furnished and comfortable, kitchen was nice for beer. Wine and snacks. Staff went above expectations. Just remember that they validate your parking so you don't pay everytime you come and go but it's not complementary.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
