Chose this hotel for Energy Corridor location and suite (2 bedroom) option. Room was relatively clean. Hotel is currently being renovated, and renovated rooms should be very clean. Complimentary breakfast had nice options. Coffee service was a little lacking--sometimes missing milk/creamer and teas not replenished in the dining area.

Michelle was the first person that I had contact with. She was great and very helpful and informative. She was happy, bright, smiling, and very helpful. This location is outstanding. It is right in the middle of some popular restaurants. On both sides, and across the street, you will find other restaurants. The hotel is very clean and welled maintain and so are the rooms. The only thing I notice from my frequent visits to the Marriott locations is that the breakfast is very basic. They really need to step this up. They have more frozen items that have been warmed up and some overheated. Another plus is that there is a security guard in the parking lot overnight. I felt really safe when I went out with my daughter to eat.

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast are has great coffee and I like the oatmeal bar toppings. Room rennovation tended to be loud Saturday a.m. thru afternoon. But, will be nice when complete for future guests.

The hotel was clean. I love everything about the hotel. The only issue that I had was the staff. The guy at the front desk was not friendly or helpful. I think they need to be trained on customer service and friendliness. I spoke to him he didn't speak back. He went straight into checking me in. It was very awkward, and I felt like he was judging me.

Nice hotel, very quiet and comfortable beds, seems pretty new or recently remodeled. Breakfast is tasty though very limited fruit selection. The best feature is the desk manager, Michelle, who is outstanding. Meticulously works on honoring guest preference (floor, elevator distance) and resolving any issues. She is a treasure.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
