The room was nice , bathroom and kitchen area were good. Service was delayed in this hotel, we needed extra blankets that didn't arrive and we had to call 3 times for toilet paper ! Also breakfast was absolutely gone 40 mind before it closed. Staple things like break and oatmeal would be over way early. It was so annoying that we stopped going to the included breakfast in the hotel. Otherwise our stay was overall pleasant.

Great location- outstanding staff. Front desk reached out via text shortly after I checked in to see if everything was good-Never had that before, nice touch. I had one small issue and the staff solved it immediately, I even had a phone call from the manager to follow up Nice! Room was nice, clean, and quiet. Great little kitchen area with close to a full size fridge and dishwasher. Bed very comfortable, I actually slept pretty good ( I usually don’t first night in a new location). Heating- Air worked great, no rattles! I could keep the fan on continuous for white noise, which is a must have for me to get a good sleep. Definitely will stay here again if I have business in the WTC area.

1) Finding this place is a disaster. You’ll never find it, even with google maps. 2) Room was large for NYC standards. Clock doesn’t work. Bathroom was dirty and shower had bits of dried caulk all over it. No cups anywhere in room. Kitchenette has a full size dishwasher(?). The Hampton inn has cups available everywhere… 3) front desk staff seemed to think it was funny when I complained 4) breakfast was OK overall I will not return. The prices are insane for a comfort inn/motel experience. Ciao! Back to Hilton.

- Customer service: 10/10 every staff member from front desk to housekeeping was very kind - Value: 9/10 includes breakfast and complimentary Starbucks coffee in the morning. There is also 24/7 security. Comes with kitchenette with everything needed in the room. This hotel was extremely close to everything we had on our list such as: 1. Union Square Holiday Market 2. Pier 36 to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island 3. World Trade Center 4. Empire State Building - Facilities: very little street noise which was optimal - Glows- Starbucks coffee and close to subway stations - Lows: very dim lights in rooms which was more than a slight inconvenience, breakfast was alright

Been here many times and it's just a lovely hotel. You can cook or just warm your food as each room is stocked with hot plate an high tech microwave and large refrigerator and all equipments to be used.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
