Staff is fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. Worth noting they share a staff with the courtyard by Marriott. We were actually booked there and they overheard our kids talking about how cool it would be to be high up and they offered to move us to an open room on the top floor. (Thank you Flauvia! ) We have never had a bad experience with a Marriott owned hotel but this was above and beyond. Thank you to all the staff for helping our kids first trip to NYC magical. Also, views are incredible and the location is great.

Had a corner room with a spectacular view of the city. Rooms are a bit small and the bathroom too. If you need space this isn’t the best hotel for you but if you want a great location and tremendous views from your room this place is great. No concierge lounge but there a resteraunt on 4 for breakfast. Front desk people w ere really helpful too.

One of the main reasons I booked this hotel besides the view was the customer service I received over the phone when I called to ask questions. Upon check-in, I explained to Luis the view I was hoping to get. He said he had to move us down a couple of floors, but he thought I'd like it. When I walked in, my Jae dropped. He hit the nail on the head with the EXACT view I had envisioned. My only complaint was breakfast. Both hotels share one floor for breakfast, and it's too congested. We had a hard time finding seating, and it was shoulder to shoulder trying to get items on our plates. Overall, I will stay here again. Room 6202

I always have a great experience when I come to this hotel! This specific time is honestly what made it the best stay possible with the front desk agent Gen, her customer service and helpfulness of guests was outstanding! Any problem that was brought up she took care of right away or always found a way to help us out during our trip. We will definitely be coming back!

This location was amazingly close to everything. Right around the corner from the Ed Sullivan theater where we had tickets to see Stephen Colbert. Moma, The Met, The Guggenheim, Times Square. I asked Veronica at the front desk for a restaurant recommendation the evening we arrived and she gave us the name of an Italian place that was about a block away. Da Tomassi (sp) it was amazingly good and we went again for dinner before we left. Breakfast included was good, The fitness center was a nice large gym space with a good view. Our room attendant, Gigi, did a great job and was very sweet. The view was absolutely amazing. (Room 5907) We were celebrating my 63 birthday and the hotel added a lot to a wonderful experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
