The kitchen was really great came stocked with all the basics. The freezer makes its own ice. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was decent. The eggs my least favourite but I would jazz them up myself. The pull out bed not comfy and old style with the metal hinges sticking out. I had to put pillows on them so my child didn’t hurt themself. The hot tub isn’t in service which was disappointing because I wasn’t told about this prior to my check in. My child loved the pool, although no showers at the pool. This is a great place to stay if you want to make your own meals, and have the convenience of doing laundry. Lots of great food options in the area.

Family friendly hotel and very accommodating to our late check out request. Complimentary breakfast was perfect for young kids with yogurt, fruit, and cereal. Room and lobby bathrooms and pool were clean. Thanks for a great visit.

Great experience! Extremely clean, well maintained, friendly staff, delicious hot continental breakfast. Spacious suite with comfortable bed and pillows. Suite comes with a fully functional kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Fully stocked with plates, bowls, cups, pots and pans and anything else you would need to make yourself at home. The pool/spa and workout room were a great bonus! We will be sure to stay again 😊

This is a great place for a weekend stay, service is great, rooms are clean and tidy, laundry is also avaliable. Only down side is they will stop providing breakfast exactly at 9:30:00 😐 even guests are still avaliable in the dining hall for breakfast. They shouldn't be that strict enough on food tyming. Coz its food and breakfast folks!!! allow people to have breakfast if they are present in the dining hall atleast. Request to kindly update this for the kitchen staff to be little liberal.

Comfy spacious clean rooms. In suite kitchen major plus. Front desk - awesome staff. You'll need car/bus to get to the city or metro. 224 CAD/night for 4 nights. Hotel Pros: Very clean Great customer service Fitness Center Big TVs and Windows Hot breakfast Guest Laundry (floor 2, C$4 w+d. supplies @ front dest) Outdoor patio with shade, bball hoop Landscaping. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
