        For rooms - very modern and clean! 5 stars For the breackfast which is in every morning VERY POOR ( no vegetables, no olives, no cooking - no diversity) just 1 star! Categorical the breackfast not is for 4 stars!!!!After 2 days I told this and was a little better, not so much! For the location which is between old building, in old center - 3 stars! Is difficult to arrive with luggage on foot because the taxi don't arive in this area! In this photo there are all what was in the first and second days at the breackfast...

        Great services and personnel! New hotel, modern, clean and comfortable rooms. Very very close to old town. You can park 4 minutes from hotel! Would come back to Stine residence!

        This is a lovely boutique hotel just a few minutes walk from everything you will want to check out in and around Diocletian's Palace. It is close enough that it is no problem to pop back and drop off something you bought or just get a break from the heat. Our room was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was great. Our room had a balcony which was wonderful to sit on in the evening, sipping some Croatian wine and watching the birds fly aerobatics. The staff were all super friendly. Breakfast consisted of a variety of cold options like pastries, cheese, and fruit. In addition, the cook would prepare eggs whatever way you like, along with sides which I recall may have been bacon or sausage. One thing to note: being in the old part of Split, you will not get a car to the front door of this hotel, so be prepared to walk a couple hundred meters.

        A bit of a hike with heavy luggage, but worth it AC very cool for the heatwave ! The staff was amazing and the room was beautiful and large!

        The hotel was nice, in the cool old town residential area. Our room was spacious, had nice balcony, interior design stylish. Service very pleasant. Just short walking distance from the promenade and Diocletian's palace.
