The staff of this hotel is exceptional, they truly went above and beyond with every step of my stay. I've never seen such a welcoming and caring approach elsewhere. You will feel like you are in good hands throughout your trip. The residence is very clean, stylish and newly renovated, location couldn't be better, I.P. Pavlova is just around the corner. Soundproofing is good, which was very important to me. Beds and pillows are very comfy. This place is all you can wish for in a hotel and more - they have many perks, such as welcome cookies and fruits, free coffee, apples in the lobby; they give you directions and advices, offer airport transfer, discounts with local businesses. Special thanks to Maximilian, Michal and Liudmila, I will surely come back again next time I'm in Praha. Good job!

Amazing experience! Everything during our stay was perfect, the apartament was great, also very close to tram and metro station and they helped us to find a ride to the airport at 3 am in the morning!!

Exceptional Stay for Families with Kids - Highly Recommended! We recently had the most incredible experience during our stay at Residence Vocelova in Prague. Our family, including our kids, spent four nights at this remarkable accommodation, and we were blown away by the outstanding service and warm hospitality provided by our host, Michal. From the moment we arrived, Michal went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. He surprised our children by arranging a kid-friendly room, complete with toys that kept them entertained throughout our entire stay. It was heartwarming to see the joy on their faces. The apartment itself was immaculate and meticulously maintained. Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us, and Residence Vocelova exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail was remarkable, and we felt like we were the first guests to ever set foot in the apartment. What truly stood out was the exceptional level of care and thoughtfulness Michal demonstrated. Our train was delayed, resulting in a late check-in, yet Michal graciously waited for us until midnight to ensure a seamless arrival. His dedication to ensuring our comfort was truly remarkable. Every day, Michal continued to surprise us with delightful gestures, such as a bottle of wine, a refreshing fruit bowl, and other thoughtful treats. These unexpected surprises made our stay even more memorable and added a touch of luxury to our experience. We cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible hospitality and genuine kindness shown to us by Michal throughout our stay. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. Great location within walking distance of the old town square, the astronomical clock, the Charles bridge, the Prague castle, etc. Also very close to the tram stops for those not so keen on walking. The staff are very friendly and very helpful should you need any recommendations or directions! The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. You are also able to store your luggage if you need to take a later flight and want to tour the city easily. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Prague!

Great accommodation close to all the action in Prague. Michal gives you a warm and genuine welcome to the apartments. The rooms have everything you would need for a long weekend. Clean. Lots of nice touches like biscuits in your room, a bottle of local fizz and a leaving gift. Would highly recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
