I loved my stay there. The room was clean and spacious, the common area is really comfortable and the pool is also great. I didn't like the breakfast, though, as there was nothing vegan and overall quite unhealthy.

We stayed there for a week and loved it! Rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Staff is nice and speaks English perfectly. The pool is very enjoyable in Madrid heat.

Excellent hotel, we hope to come back. The staff were friendly and spoke English. The pool was nice, but I recommend if you are going to swim to let it warm a bit by the sun. We had a nice room with a good view. The beds were comfortable.

Very grotesque establishment where you book stay with breakfast, arrive to the hotel and reception informs you breakfast doesn't exist. Then in the morning we went down, breakfast exists but we missed it. Following with pool suddenly being closed for good because there's no life guard, mind the pool is size of a bathtub, unlikely someone would need one. Meals come in very strange combos for example if you get a sandwich is ok to get juice but if you decide on yogurt is not. Overall place is extremely dirty, smelly and the room wasn't what we booked. Staff is from another dimension and nobody knows what's going on receptionist didn't even know if they have parking Avoid at all cost!!!

We stayed there for a week and loved it! Rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Staff is nice and speaks English perfectly. The pool is very enjoyable in Madrid heat.

Very good place to stay. Staff were nice and the breakfast was included. Room had AC and sun blinding curtains. One day we had a cleaning lady to enter the rokm when we were sleeping, which was our fault as we did not put the please DND sign outside. Rooftop also was a good place to relax!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
