        Bad, bad, bad, so very bad!!! Everything looks dirty, the whole place smell like someone's smoking, and believe me, someone had to be. Our 3 bed room was tiny, mold in the walls, the bathroom is just so small in room 401 you can't even use the toilet. It had a leak that ran under one of the beds. The towels smelled like humidity, like they've been there for ages. The chandelier was dirty, and I mean dirty!!! The AC smelled like the filters hadn't been maintained for ages. The is nothing good about this place, not even the price! We got something today much nicer and cleaner and yet 10€ cheaper with the metro and convenience store's right at the main door. This place needs to be inspected! It's just disgusting! Unfit to be open... take our word for it! Don't say we didn't warn you!!!

        Nobody was answering! We came on time!!! People were waiting, calling.... Service of this palace is 0 stars. After one girl said that they will come at 21:00!!!! Nobody sent any message!!!! Elevator not working! Reception is one floor 4! Not recommended at all... For now it's the worst place that we tried to rent

        Only positive feedback: near the metro line. I expected some noise coming from the street but all the unpleasant noise came from the building: the plumbing makes some horrible and scary sound when using the bathroom (sometimes even without using it), the building front door is a nightmare slamming all night, others guests in the hallway being loud and the room doors. I couldn't lock the room door (either from inside and outside, not sure it's like that or not working) The bathroom plumbing smells and there's a slight smell of mould (I saw some mould ). It takes more than 5 minutes for the water to warm up (such a water waste). Only toiletry available is a soap. I could go on with the poor room and furniture maintenance. Overpriced for the quality, I've stayed in much better places at a lower rate. I stay often for a couple of nights in Lisbon but I'll make sure I won't stay here again.

        Very poor service, hotel in 4th floor and no elevator. Internet not working on the room. No phone available to call for help. The only available mobile the person simply doesn't answer the phone. Stay away from from this hotel they don't care about the clients, not Portuguese culture at all.

        Mouldy bathroom. The room had nothing, not even a trash can. The doors provide no sound insulation so you hear someone going in and out all the time. Shower is either super cold or scalding hot and the showerhead is too low. I'm 190cm and couldn't stand under the shower unless I was bent over
