Booked for 2 nights but left after 1. Would have checked out on the first night if i hadn't been so tired. The room was very basic and dated. I stayed in an almost identical room on a school trip in the 70's! I'd asked for a double bed but got allocated a twin room and when i asked to change was told there were no other rooms available - on checking they were still selling double rooms for that night on booking.com! The hotel is on a main road and i don't think the windows were double glazed, so it was very noisy. Also, most of the room doors didn't fit properly so i could hear people talking in adjacent and opposite rooms. Fortunately the antiquated air-conditioning unit was so loud it drowned out all other noise and i slept soundly. The breakfast looked dire and the lady serving/cooking was miserable, so i didn't bother, but instead went to a deli a couple of doors down. The location of the hotel is actually very good. Right opposite the metro and park, a few minutes walk to Marques do Pombal and 5 minutes walk to the offices i was visiting, which is why i booked it. It's cheaper than some other hotels in the area, but not worth it so save €20 a night

Too bad service. I booked double room but they offered me a super tiny single room which is dusty and has a broken shower. I left my stuff and when I came back to the hotel I realised that the room is wrong. I asked to the front staff to change my room as I booked. However he said that “we don’t have room,Why didn’t you ask when you checked in?” No apologies,blame me,No manner, Hostel is much better than this hotel.

Small room and small bathroom. You can hear everything that goes on in other rooms. VERY bad bed (could feel all the springs and woke up with a bad back every morning) and extremely thin pillows. Our room started to smell of cigarettes every morning at 7. I would not recommend this place. There are better once at the same price.

Great location in the centre and good for those who are on a budget or not wanting/needing to spend much on accomodation as they are travelling solo. Nice place in general, the -1 star is because the bed in my room was sagging in the middle a bit, I still managed to get a decent nights sleep. £50 for a night.

The location was awesome just in front of Parque metro station in the heart of the city. But hotel was a disaster. Every thing was belongs to 1960-70. Dark rooms, bad atmosphere and even beds were not clean. To me it was like a hostel 3rd grade hostel with private rooms

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
