The only thing positive about this place is the location! Really don’t understand how they have good reviews! The managers messages to me were super unfriendly. I called the hotel twice before arriving but still got told off for not sending a WhatsApp. The place is NOT a hotel! it’s a flat that was turned into rooms. You can hear the people next to your room going to the toilet!! You can hear everything and it’s noisy from the street too. Everything is done the cheapest way possible. No room to put stuff anywhere in the bathroom or hang a towel. Everything is plastic and the bed is uncomfortable and the bed linen worst quality. The bathroom door didn’t shut unless you slammed it with force. The bathroom bin was emptied but then some of the rubbish was still in the bathroom but not in the bin anymore! AND worst of all the balcony door did not lock!! Anyone could have gone into the room by pushing against it. This place was 200€ a night!!

I can highly recommend it. A very new, clean and comfortable B&B. It is located on the 3rd floor (4th floor in Japan), shaped like an apartment. There is no breakfast, but there is a table, kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle in the common area, which you can use freely. The equipment and amenities in the room were as follows. ・Mini bottle of shower gel and shampoo ・Hair dryer (strong wind power) ・Mini refrigerator ·Mug ·Instant coffee ・Safe for valuables ・TV (you can also watch Youtube) ・Bath towel, hand towel Communication is basically done through WhatsApp. The owner was very kind and friendly, and taught us about sightseeing spots in Florence in English and using a translator. I don't know if it's because of the time of day, but the only downside was that sometimes the elevator didn't work, so I sometimes had to use the stairs, but even aside from that, it was a very good memory. .

Excellent location The place is very clean and the view is great. The attention from the host was very good, he was very attentive to us and even made recommendations for places to visit in Florence I recommend it The only bad thing I see is that there were a lot of mosquitoes at night 😔 but they are conditions foreign to the place and it is due to the season. Maybe a screened window or bring repellent

I stayed for work and the property is located in a strategic position where you can reach the center in 15 minutes, 10 minutes. on foot you will find the tram stop that takes you to the opposite side of the city. The rooms are new, clean and quiet, in the entrance part there is the kitchen with a microwave oven and a coffee machine available. Unfortunately, due to different times, I was unable to meet the owner directly but he was very courteous and available to all my requests. I hope to return.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
