Spontaneously booked on the day of arrival. ‚Residenza Conte di Cavour & Rooftop’ is very centrally located, only 600 meters to ‚Plaza del Duomo’ and everything that belongs to Florence. The room was small but had a large window, private toilet with shower and a small kitchenette with a kettle & fridge. Everything was very clean. Staff during check-in and in the morning upon departure was very accommodating and friendly. If you will spend time in the room only for rest or to sleep it’s absolutely recommended.

Very nice staying in Florence! We stayed there 4 nights and it was perfect, the location is great, right next to the Accademia Gallery (only 3 minute on foot) and at 8 minutes on foot to the Duomo. The room was spacious and really nice, comfortable bed, you have a tv and air conditioning. The bathroom is a bit small but is definitely not the smallest. Very clean. You can also access the rooftop with a nice view to the duomo. On the way to the rooftop there is a common kitchen with everything you need. The stuff is so friendly and answer very quickly to any question.

The location is good, not far away from the station and the tourist destination. There are many restaurants and café as well. The staff was nice. But mind that it's far away from a 4-star hotel, and the room we lived in was rather a cramped attic. The bathroom was so small that you can't even close the door when using the basin and toilet, and you need to climb onto a very steep stairs to reach the bed. I wouldn't think the accommodation is worth the price.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! TOTAL SCAB!! Absolutely awful! No one here at check in, no information before hand about the fact the reception is only open from 8am-3pm?!? Even though the check in is from 3pm?!! The photos listed are not of the rooms you actually get, and the ‘luxury’ rooftop is an absolute death trap! To say it’s disorganised is the understatement of the century! It’s gross, there was even a dirty tissue left in a drawer 🤢 nothing works properly and good luck trying to get anyone to listen! Also you can hear everything! Like EVERYTHING!! I booked this place as I wanted to show my mum a lovely and comfortable place to relax in after exploring Florence and I’m so annoyed!! It’s the worst place I’ve stayed! Last year I stayed in a hostel around the corner and that was a million times better than this dump!! #scam #florence #avoid #worstbitflorence

The staff we met were very nice. However It is hard to believe, that this is a 4 star hotel. It is more like a hostel. The rooms are very small and we feel trapped at the end of the corridor. The rooftop has a nice view, but looks nothing like the picture. No staff during the night, which feels insecure. The toilet can hardly flush.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
