The best experience ever! I highly recommend it. It combines history and modern design in a indescribable way. It is the perfect location to visit Matera by foot. The city center is on the adjacent street from the residence. Cherry on top...the staff, Roberta was so nice and very very helpful!

Well, I haven’t really stayed at this hotel but I believe I still have to leave a review. I travel a lot and often enough as a solo traveler. I value the hosts personality and feeling safe is a must for as an unaccompanied young woman. So today after midnight I was walking alone in the historical center of Rome, there were some people but not many as I noticed a really creepy guy who was literally following me sizing my body or my belongings. I felt relatively safe at a piazza but he was about to follow me down some dark small street and I freeked out. Luckily for mysef there came this Italian family - several adults and many kids (all girls). I just asked the lady if I could come with them to get rid of that guy. Not only did she made her family change their path but she also made me feel so welcome and safe! She told me she lives in Matera, has a B&B, introduced me her beautiful daughters and we kept on talking the whole way. They also walked me to my hotel’s door and took such a good care of me. Next time I visit Matera I will stay only here. Because personality matters!

Great B&B located very close to the Sassi di Matera, walking distance to all ammenities and the service is excellent. The rooms are great with all the extras provided such as towel, varieties of bathroon and shower accessories. The best shower facilities in an B&B I have seen so far. If you visit Matera I recommend staying here. The service from Michela was fantastic in explaining all the walks for the Sassi and the best places to eat. The best B&B in all my travels

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
