We came in as 4 guests in a single room. Although the 2 single beds were a sofa and a folding one, they were really comfortable. It was a great visit! Reception was kind and professional. The free coffee and water at the lobby was great and helpful. We will come back here for sure. Thank you for a great stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights for our anniversary. Reception was helpful but wasn't overly friendly. Room was nice and big but as a 4 star we thought it should have been finished a bit better. Rooms aren't sound proofed, I could hear the neighbours and we were woken up by the bin men at 6am. Good location, about 50min walk to the cathedral but 10 min walk to tube that goes to most sites. Was a nice that there was free water bottles available all the time

Modern, spacious, and accommodating. I enjoyed my short stay here. In regards to location, while it's very close to the Central train station, it is like 30 minutes from most attractions. However it was well worth it! Front Desk staff were amazing!

We were surprised by the level of luxury offered by this venue, given the price. The services offered by the hotel were excellent including free bottled water and nespresso coffee in the foyer. The location was fantastic, being 10 minutes walk from the main train station (which made it easy to get the the airport via train as well). The late 12pm checkout was a bonus.

Solid hotel near the train station, which is walkable though a little tough with bigger bags. Friendly service and good amenities like a laundry room, gym, and free water. Unfortunately the rooms are a bit dated but they’re very spacious. We were transiting through Milan by train for one night, so this place was ideal for that purpose

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
