Not the nicest place I’ve ever stayed but it was safe, in a great location, comfortable bed and clean. The shower could have been cleaner but it wasn’t too bad. You have two locked doors before you get to the rooms so I felt safe traveling alone and staying here. Taxi spot right outside which was super convenient. Lots of food options in the area as well. Staff was helpful when I had questions and were quick to respond.

Raffaella customer service was excellent! She went above and beyond to help me get all the information and services that I need it in Rome. She called the taxi service to make sure that they pick me up at the right place and at the right time to take me to the airport, She tried everything she could to find their phone number and called them since I don’t speak Italian even I understand a little bit. Thank you so much Raffaella for making my first time experience in Rome happiest and easiest! I really appreciated. Hope I can go back in the near future. I love Rome, Italy

Excellent accomodation in a fantastic location in the centre of Rome. The personnel was also very nice and considerate. Despite its proximity to major tourist attractions, our sleep was not disturbed by noise at night.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
