Good value. Room was very small but comfortable enough. Reception and check in was easy, they managed to store our bags for a few hours. Location is good, 15 min walk to main sites in Florence. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty - toast, croissants, cheese, cured meats, boiled eggs, cereal. Wifi was good. Tip to not leave your window open - we had a cat visit our room!

Let me tell you, first and foremost, the experience in this hotel was fantastic and I absolutely recommend it to you. I spent 4 nights with some friends the past week. This was our first time in Florence, so we wanted a location somewhat close to the center, and that it didn't cost us an arm and a leg. We hit jackpot with Hotel Cimabue, since it is 5 walking minutes away from the central market, and 10 from Santa Maria del Fiore, while it being very budget friendly. Not only that, from the start all staff were super kind to us, guiding us through the hotel and explaining everything in detail. We don't speak Italian, just Spanish and English, but we managed to communicate without any issue. Once we arrived to the room, it was magnificent; despite the building itself appearing quite old, the room was perfectly renovated with all commodities. They kept antique furniture and an outstanding mural on the ceiling, but other than that, it was equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, conveniently placed wall sockets, heating and AC, and an electric kettle and teas and coffee to go with it. The beds were actually very comfy, and the room was silent, so we had perfect sleep. The bathroom, was equipped with a shower and small shower gel bottles , toilet, faucet, bidet and hair dryer. We did not miss anything. Overall, we felt like at home, and if we come back to Firenze, we know where to go without a second of hesitation. Thank you for everything!

Room was amazingly clean, and staff were very attentive and accomodating. About a 10 minute walk to Duomo so great location. Rooms were quite small, however often expected in an old Italian building. Being in an old building gave great character.

Me and my family stayed a couple days here. Breakfast is amazing! Very nice structure. Really good location at the city. Service is awesome, special thanks to Donatto! (He helped us with a cheese emergency haha)

The hotel was great! All the staff so helpfull and friendly, Donato and Silvia expecially very professional and smiling. The room was shiny it smelled clean when we arrived! The hotel have a coffee corner for free to the guests.. lovely

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
