        I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, I was quite disappointed with my experience. Firstly, the advertisement clearly stated that breakfast was included, yet upon check-in, the receptionist informed us that there was no breakfast service available. This was highly misleading and frustrating. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities. The climate control was subpar, and to make matters worse, the remote for the air conditioner was missing. This was particularly inconvenient as the room was uncomfortably cold. Furthermore, there were no extra blankets or warm bedding provided in the room, making it even more challenging to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, I found this experience to be far from satisfactory, and I would hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. The discrepancies between the advertised amenities and the reality of the stay left much to be desired. "No, she's a liar. We booked directly at her place for the date of 08/11 due to an error I made in my reservation at the other hotel, La Rezidenza de MichelAngelo, which suggested staying the night at her place. It was a bad experience."

        Perfect location, modern and clean rooms with strong AC, and very very lovely staff. Wifi a little slow (1.90 Mbps) and no hand towels in bathroom but would highly recommend if staying in Florence.

        Room is clean, bed is comfortable and location close to all the historical sites is top. However it is very noisy. It’s almost as if your bed is on the street. This is a busy street so traffic never stops and partying/drunk people produce lots of noice. The second night we had earplugs in and that helped to at least sleep for a few hours. The room was cleaned, but the bathroom was not and there were no clean towels provided.

        One of the best values for the money on our entire trip. Location is excellent, you are within walking distance of most of the major attractions. Front desk gentleman made excellent suggestions on tours and attractions locally. Room was clean and spacious and had one of the nicer beds we slept in. Only negative was the AC unit wasn't that great but overall well worth the money and highly recommend.
