The room itself is quiet old and dark. The view outside is not nice. The kitchenet is cheap, and pretty useless to really make a meal. No possibility for breakfast

Had a great stay here. Thank you Gretta and your housekeeping staff. Room was spacious with high ceiling and was clean. This hotel is a hidden gem, located at such a prime location! Highly recommend the stay.

I had a terrible experience with this accommodation. I did the reservations early to get good prices, but this accommodation canceled my reservation 3 weeks before my arrival saying that the credit card was invalid. What is strange for me is that I tried 2 different credit cards with more than enough limit and enabled for internacional transactions, both of them recently used for transactions without any problem. I reserved other accommodation today through Booking with the same credit card and the transaction was successful. The worst part is that I sent messages to the accommodation to try to solve the problem and they didn’t answered me and just canceled my reservation.

Had a perfect stay here. It was clean and quiet. We were facing the street but we could barely hear a thing. It was just a short walk to the centre, but it's practically right outside. All the necessary amenities were available. Bottled water was available in a fridge for cheap. A good little handbook was available in multiple languages. There is a large lift to use if you have luggage. They provided all the instructions and procedures for checking in and out if they weren't going to be there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
