I had a wonderful experience at Residenza Matteucci during the stay with my family in Rome. We had 2 rooms with all the requirements: big comfortable bed, clean bathroom with amenities, air conditioning, spaces for storage and access to the equipped kitchen with self service for breakfast (coffee, water, juice, milk, desserts, bread, butter, cheese). Shops all around the building, restaurants and transportation to the city center for the touristic area. I highly recommend this accommodation!

Nice place to stay, with all you need for a short stay in Rome. The place is close to the Ostiense Train Station and the neighborhood is full of places where to eat. I found annoying that the place is facing the main road so lots of noise coming.

Great place in an excellent location. There are lot of restaurants close by which are open late. You can get the train or the bus to popular places like the Colosseum or Vatican. The guest house is pretty neat and you have everything you need. Also kitchen has breakfast option as well. Definitely recommend it for travellers.

Very helpful and welcoming host. Lovely renovated rooms with nice firm bed, good lighting, lots of power outlets, and beautiful new bathroom. Kitchen has some basics for breakfast, plus bottled water and a Nespresso machine. Fairly convenient location, 5 minutes walk to metro and regional train station, 15 minute walk to Testaccio, 35 minutes walk to Colosseum. On the corner of Ostiense, so some traffic noise at night. Great value.

I enjoyed very much the location: very convenient for transport with plenty of cafes and reastaurants on the doorstep. The B&B itself was very well organized and appointed. Unfortunately my single room had a very narrow bed and there was a lot of noise coming from the road.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
