We loved our 3 nights at this beautiful property. The room was super clean, spacious and had all the comforts that we deem important for a stay: quiet at all times, fully equipped bathroom, good space for wardrobe and suitcases, great lighting and room temperature. The complimentary snacks, coffee and cappuccino plus fresh fruit and croissants were so good! The location is in a residential area, a mere 15 mins walk to the historic centre and 10 mins to Rome Termini. We walked everywhere to explore Rome, and we found it the way back to be super safe also late at night. The hosts and owners Nicole and Antonio are super nice, friendly, always spoiling us and taking time for a chat and to share tons of local recommendations. They deeply care about your stay and will go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Highly recommend this bed and breakfast and we will definitely be back when in Rome.

I recommend this hotel very highly. It was wonderful. It is only 6 very nice, modern, upgraded, comfortable rooms in a hotel run by a family. The high quality of the rooms is enough for a 5 star review but the couple who run it are so wonderful that I give 5 stars for them also. They are kind, friendly, helpful and highly accommodating. Coffee of your choice, pastries, fresh fruit, juice and small sandwiches brought to your room every morning if you wish. This evening as we were leaving they tried to help us call a taxi but there were none available so he walked us out to the bus stop (while carrying our luggage fir us) and made sure we got on the right bus to the train station. Above and beyond expectations.

We have just returned home after a 4 night stay in this lovely accommodation in Rome. We booked this based on all of the excellent reviews and we were not disappointed. The hosts Antonio and Nicole are so kind and accommodating, Antonio waited up late for us arriving after our flight was delayed. The accommodation is wonderful, very clean and has everything you could need, the location is very safe and is within walking distance of the main tourist attractions, and close to the metro to get to the Vatican City and the main train station also. Antonio and Nicole provided us with some local restaurant recommendations which were excellent (Nicole also helped us make a restaurant reservation since we don’t speak any Italian) The coffee, juice, croissants and fruit provided in the mornings were much appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. We also appreciated the help in organising transport back to the airport. We bumped into Antonio in the Jewish quarter on our last day and he pointed out some nearby attractions for us to see! We would not hesitate in recommending this accommodation to anyone and we are hoping to return again

The room was spectacular as were the hosts and services provided. We cannot say enough good things about this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Rome central. Everything about our experience at Residenza Venti Settembri was 5-Star and we would give the Hosts 6-Stars if we could!!

I had such a delightful stay! This family hotel in offered a clean room with all amenities I could ever need. The area is nice and safe with few good restaurants nearby. But the best thing was hospitality of the owners who made us feel welcomed

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
