I'd have given 5 stars for the room if we'd have had control of the room temperature. Instead, we were forced to leave the window open all day and night to feel comfortable (room temp was still 24c in March) and as a consequence we suffered insect bites all over. Location is good, right next to the river, but a good 25 min walk to the busier areas.

I really like this chain. The rooms are clean, spacious, well equipped. The location of this one is really convenient, right in front the Tram station. Breakfast buffet is well served and copious, but the best I would say is the people working at the hotel, always so nice and willing to help. The hotel has parking and a laundry room. If I had to mention something negative, it would maybe be the noise, because it is in the crossing of two main roads. I personally don't suffer from this, but I know it my affect some travellers, so it is worth mentioning. In any case, advantages outweigh inconveniences.

I'm staying here on a long-term business trip and it's excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff and the room I'm in is very comfortable. The kitchen is small but functional, the bedroom is large and the bathroom fantastic... All very modern, clean and stylish. It's a 20 minute walk from the city center, but that's no issue as it's a beautiful walk down the river, and there's trams and buses regularly. Recommended!!!

Two main issues that stopped me for coming back to this hotel again. When we entered the room, the room is quite stuffy so we tried to on the aircon but hot air came out so we called the receptionist which never pick up and we went downstair to check with her. She told us that the they are preparing for the cold weather (7Oct is 21* & 8Oct is 23*) was to come so the heater system is on and they cannot do about it. The only way is to open the window. room has no ventilation so u need to leave the window open. Very noisy throughout the night. But if you close the window, the room is very stuffy! Prepare to have the anti-mosquito spray or electric diffuser if you do not want to get sting. The mosquitoes are small but they are a lot and very powerful! Next, the shower water pressure is so low that it takes so long to clean your body especially if you have long hair. PS: I recorded the water pressure from my room but not able to upload it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
