Perfect location with easy access to Metro or mainline rail Clean spacious apartment very comfortable Chris on reception was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble A truly pleasant experience

Residhome is right outside the Rosa park Train station. Just 2-3 minutes of walking. The location is near the supermarket and bus stop. We got the room with the balcony on the 6th floor which was great 🙂. The staff is very helpful and the check-in was very swift. It's like a studio apartment with an electric stove and all things you need to do small cooking and eating. A small refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher are also in good condition. The sofa can turn into a bed which is great ! There is a bathtub in the bathroom and my kid just loved it 😀. The checkout experience was good. The good part is the location of Residhome as after a long day in Paris, you don't want to walk a lot to reach the hotel. Overall a good experience 4 stars from me.

I am writing this review sitting in room.Their air-conditioning doesn't work and if I open the window there is lot of noice of traffic. They can not help as the technician will come tomorrow. I am so annoyed with the noice and warm weather. They should have informed us earlier and they have denied my request to change the room too.

Great quality, clean, friendly personnel, very nice breakfast room and all offered is bio. Large rooms and bathroom. Not the greatest location for tourists maybe, but next door their is an RER station who brings you straight into Paris.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
