Not at all like the pictures depicted when you google this hotel. Room was good for price, but again, much more run down and older than the pictures. One morning the elevator door opened, and to our surprise a giant bucket of black paint had seemingly been spilled all over the place. The elevator smelt strongly of paint thinner and was unusable for the rest of our stay. The location is near the beach, which is a pro, but also on a busy loud street.

The worse place ever! I have arrived during the evening, no one was there to receive us, and the emergency number didnt work, I had to pay another hotel for the night. They refuse to reimburse us On the next day when we finally were able to get in the room the bedshit was full of blood, the room was dirty. The service was horrible, the staff were not helpeful at all. Everything felt dirty it was a real nightmare

- electricity fell out once in a while, - car workshop in the back of the building with loud noises starting at 8 in the morning, - paint everywhere in the elevator, - had no room service in our whole stay (7 nights) even after we asked for it. - no AC Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Really the worst experience ever. . The hotel is not as it was described. it has so many things that an hotel should not have. we have to change our rooms four times because there were problems with the windows (that were not able to close) there wasn’t a roller shutter in a room, in another room there were transparent tents with no roller shutter and in the last room the shower doesn’t work, everything is quite dirty, some things are broken, the bedroom’s door doesn’t close and it’s should and they gave me a double room when I ask for a triple studio. I wrote that I’ll pay for the first night, but then I want a refund for the others nights. I’m very upset, mostly for the prize that does not fit the services (374€ for 4 night in a room of two even tho I choose a triple studio). Now I manage to get a refund for the next hours.

Serviceable hotel during the festival. Staff is not there all day, which became inconvenient at a few points during the trip. But they were by far the cheapest option within 20 minutes of the Palais. Soil, no regrets after an 8 day stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
