        Very good. About 2 minutes from metro line C which goes to the centre of Bordeux. Clean room, nice and spacious and the bathroom too. Friendly and attentive staff. Good television and Wi-Fi too. The only downside was that the air conditioning didn't work, but the temperature in the room was quite good for the time of year. In short, I would choose this hotel again.

        Fist room smelled really badly and the bathroom sink was broken. Second room in exchange did not have bed sheets so I had to make my bed at 10.00 pm when I arrived. But I was actually lucky considering that on the same night there was a water leakage in another room and the people occupying it ended up sleeping in their car. Friendly staff trying to do their best but this place is pretty run down and needs a renovation.

        Comfortable stay. Super close to tram line. Rooms show some wear and tear, marks on the walls, cupboards out of alignment etc. Upon the scheduled check in time there were no clean rooms available to give me so I had to wait an hour until one was ready. They did give me a better room because of this though.

        The room was really dirty we had towels from others guests in the room, the bathroom was dirty with mold in the bath. The cleaners did not pass from our room for 5 days. The entrance door was blocked one night and 14 people waiting outside in the rain nobody was in the reception at 10 o'clock at night. The seets were dirty and the floor also. You could hear everything in the room. The location was good near to tram for the center.

        Terrible experience with managing director Natalie. I have an hearing impairment and she belittling me in front of guests and staff. When i contacted staff to sort this out i was not offered any support.Awful.place. Will never go back or recommend. In answer to your comment. There were 3 other guests in the resturante and no one was complaining. It was natalie who walked straight over from reception so please do not lie in your reply. There are no notices or information to tell people not to use your phone in public area. When i corresponded with you on this you told me that guests are expected to take calls outside or in there rooms. No information displayed on that.. i explained to Natalie that if my husband was in the dining area i would be spaeaking like that to him. She threw here hands in the air and walked off on me. Explain that! When i was speaking with my brother that was ok but when i was speaking with my Arabic husbamd thats not ok? Go figures...
