I lived in Cannes 30 years ago and I returned to visit a friend with my son. The hotel is really well situated, the twin room was clean, had a fridge and a safe which we used and a kitchenette which we didn't actually need. Aircon was very welcome and the little balcony was sunny all evening on 3rd floor. Breakfast was continental and fresh each day and reception staff were friendly and helpful. On our first night however there was a problem with the room, i think they over booked to be honest so we were directed to a sister hotel which we needed to get a bus to in Cannes la Bocca. This hotel was of an inferior standard and meant we had to change our plans for that evening and the first full day as we had to return to les Coralynes the next morning to drop our bags off and check in to our then available room. It was annoying especially after a long traveling day but i have worked in hotels and these things happen. It wasn't the end of the world as we had 3 more nights and the hotel did not charge us for the first night and offered us breakfast for the whole stay which was fair. Despite the problem I would return and stay there again as like i said the staff on reception were very helpful sorted out the bill with management and it is was a really good price per night for the room and location.

The pictures you see here are completely false. The reality is much older and ugly. Terrible. I suggest to never stay here. The reception closes at 19 and it's difficult to get in touch with them. The air conditioning is spilling water in a basket, the power is blocked and no remote control is given to the customer. The room is dirty. 140 euro for 1 night in this condition is too much.

The siding door would not lock, then it jammed. I was locked out on the balcony. They had to call a locksmith. The reception was rude and unhelpful and hardly present. The shower door kept jumping off the track, very dangerous and a week after I left, the hotel debited my bank account 600 euros! A terrible experience that ruined my vacation. Buyer beware! PS 7 hours later. Emma couldn't even spell my name right. THERE is NO lock on the door. Some poor soul shoved in a piece of cork in between the LOCK mechanism to jam the door because he or she couldn't figure out your handy work on the the needle and chain lock you drilled in. Please see both photos. I have contacted the Cannes Tourist Authority and they are pursuing this. No one from the hotel ever bothered to come up and verify the problem. I also found a kitchen knife shoved under the mattress. People did not understand your primitive lock system Here are the photos. The cork went into the space between the sliding door mechanism. They did not understand your pin on the chain through the two drilled holes in a door system. Can a hotel charge a client 600 euors one week after they left just because they have that data? Don't you have insurance for things like this? Are you picking on seniors trying to make money? Terrible!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
