        Had a bad experience actually. We already booked for 2 rooms, but they said it full when we arrived there at 10pm.tired but have to move another hotel. But for the location it's strategic, close to BTS station

        Great, clean room. Air-conditioning cools the room very fast and doesn't turn off when you leave the room. They give you new towels everyday. 1 bad thing is the shower. The shower stinks of something I can only recall resembling the smell coming out of the sewage upon coming there. If you can't find the location, it's in an alleyway.

        DO NOT STAY HERE!! Worst place we stayed in our 3 month trip to thailand. Dirty rooms, dirty bathroom, dirty linens, the whole place is a TOTAL MESS! Do not give money to the owner (who will not be present) and spend your money on a place where people actually care about their business. I always book simple places, but there is a difference between simple and abandoned! We asked for the possibility of late check out and even though the room would be empty, there were no flexibility, not even half an hour... Total RIP OFF!

        Electricity broke down and they exchanged the room, but it was cheaper. I asked for a refund for the difference in the room price, but it was not accepted. I think the service is very bad in that respect.

        The concept is nice. Seems it is brand new. Good for budget and there's a small pool too. near to BTS station, minimarket, and food stalls.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
