Great stay, with good quality room service. Room is spacious with a great view, but can be quite noisy with loud music being played externally. The bathroom is luxurious, and plenty of amenities are provided and restocked daily. The bed is very comfortable, and although it's location is quite far from the main area of Sentosa, the shuttle bus service allows us to move quickly with great service. All in all, a great stay!

Very Nice hotel ! I went there with my family. Nice area, great staff, people from reception very helpful and look after you fast. Bam is fantastic, help with luggage since we arrive, guide about hotel facilities. Her service with buggy is professional. Thank you for your all services. We're very happy

Great staycation! we were expecting a graden view room to stargaze and photoshoot at night but Surprisingly we were upgraded to a room with a private pool and lots of sweet treats plus a complimentary breakfast for my daughter 😊👌The room size is impressive, very spacious and clean. The sounds of the flowing water from the pool is quite relaxing. Our stay made more pleasent due to the excellent and warm service from the premium guest service team particularly Honor from the 1st til our last day of stay. This Hotel is highly recommended!

The rooms are big. Besides the usual room, they have room with garden at level 3 which is actually a very big balcony. The rooms at level 1 has shared swimming pool which is for level 1 room guests only. As the hotel is isolated from the forum at rws, they provide 24hr shuttle service (bus or buggy if the bus has stopped operation). Direct access to Adventure Cove from the hotel's side exit.

+ room is spacious , bed is comfortable + service level is good + clean and well maintained including gym - breakfast is really bad* unable to find a decent coffee around hotel vicinity. Even coffee in room is instant mix - lack of facility only gym and open pool. - hotel is far from civilisations

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
