Very luxury, room so spacious 2 people can run around in it. Bathroom beautiful. Complete amenities. Wooden floor in room, carpet in front. Unlimited water refill. Close to Sentosa Express, has wheelchair access. Private, no crowd.

We had a great experience at the hotel. We came with kids, which was not planned at the time of reservation, and the hotel staff at check-in was very accommodating, changing our king bed room to a two bed room at the same price. They also checked us in at 11 am in the morning, as the room was already available, which was much appreciated after long travel to get to Singapore. The staff at the reception get an A+ from us! The room itself was a bit on the smallish side. The location on Sentosa island feels a bit too much like it’s all a part of the Universal Studios, but on the other hand, there’s A LOT of entertainment options within walking distance. And the beaches were really great! Be aware that the food options on the island are a bit limited and very expensive compared to the rest of the city. One small suggestion for the room: provide wash cloths and more towels in general. Otherwise, a great experience!

Service is great location too only the toilet tiles in shower area is a little mouldy. Remote control battery cover is tape on because it keeps coming off. Room service takes about 45 mins food came two days that I ordered not piping hot . Other than that I have no complaints

Location is horrible. Everywhere is under renovation. Hard to get necessities without travelling and spending extra money to get back to the hotel. Bedsheets are dirty. Are they even washed??? This isn't the first time I've stayed here but both times I've stayed here the rooms are dirty. Is the cleaning lady even working or are they over worked?? The uniform of the receptionist are just... super ugly... who the hell designed the uniform should be fired. Even local hospital uniform looks better. 10/10 to the service never the less But cleanliness is a flat out 0 Refreshments here are pathetic... even a local hostel in the central provide better refreshments

Suah at the front desk/concierge was extremely helpful. We traveled with my 6-month-old and during my week there. She was awesome by helping me with my cooler for my baby formula for the day. She helped me find my way easily out of Sentosa and back. In general, the breakfast buffet was great, with plenty of options. The cleaning is done daily and the baby crib is perfect for the room. The rooms are bigger than you can see in the pictures and the service is super nice. Nice and super safe area to walk around with your little ones. Take a picture of the front desk monorail pass to go to Vivo City. The boardwalk is not that far and is completely shaded.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
