Location is the best, walking distance to all theme parks in Sentosa. Very average rooms. Stayed in a suite room, and the size was decent, but lacking higher end products, like toiletries. Check in took 40 min, most staff were trying to be helpful but interestingly, English was not the best sometimes, and seems that their trainings were not the most efficient one. Breakfast items were limited, they did not offer soy/almond/oat milk!

Hotel Ora is a newly renovated resort style hotel. The lobby has quite a lot of things to do. I really appreciate the lobby’s affordable selection (by hotel standards) of wraps and beverages. If you need something more full, the coffee bar has PPP coffee beans and some premium tea which is not found in the rooms. The staff Julia is very hospitable and makes a pretty good coffee, she even gave some tips about the area. The rooms are a bit of a resort feel and it is not exactly reminiscent of a typical 5 star hotel. Those that want a more posh experience may need to look elsewhere. But it does give a nice vacation feel. Rooms are very clean, the water may be a bit too little weak due to the water saving taps and all. Free flow purified water at the room area gives a nice touch. Simran, one of the managers helped us throughout the stay as well. When I had issues, he was very responsive in solving them.

This is our 2nd time back at Hotel Ora. Location is very convenient and hotel is clean and big. This time round though, the housekeeping forgot our room so we came back to the same state we left it in the morning. Water pressure from shower was great but the hot water was intermittent. Check in and out was a breeze. Free drinks and snack.

I stayed here for 3 nights. While the room is very decent, i am pretty surprised when i return to a room that is not being cleaned the next day. When asked, the staff mentioned the rooms are cleaned upon request only! Unacceptable. And there were no signage to inform us of this. The gym opening hours is from 8-8, which is not as good as other hotels which are open 24 hours

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Ora on Sentosa Island, south of Singapore. The location is perfect, providing easy access to tourist hotspots like Universal Studios, and Vivo, the nearest shopping mall on the mainland. The service was outstanding; when our aircon needed attention, a technician arrived within 15 minutes, fixed the issue, and was polite and professional. The staff promptly fulfilled our requests for cups and towels with a smile. The room was not only clean but also spacious, featuring a comfortable bed for a great night's sleep. The inclusion of a Netflix account was a delightful touch for some relaxing downtime. The hotel offers complimentary parking, and the facilities, including the pool and gym, were enjoyable additions to our stay. Overall, Hotel Ora exceeded my expectations, combining excellent service with a convenient location and comfortable accommodations. Highly recommended!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
