The most important info you need when booking this place is you can't check in early or leave your bags after check out. It's the only thing that can be improved there are lockers in Train stations but if u have a big luggage or peak seasons.. those lockers do fully used , yes all the locations and you will spend hours finding it and queuing it and it's not a very nice experience.. Other than that this place is a gem! Everything you need and a washing machine in the room. You can purchase laundry pod via coin machine. Also if you are in kyoto for a short stay, I recommend to stay near station or tourist area.. as this place is in kind of residential area and busses in kyoto during peak season are crowded and takes time.

The room is ok, but check-in is at 16 and check-out at 10 is too strict and non-customer-oriented. No luggage storage room, no breakfast, far from the station. But very clean anyway, and many nice things inside. There's kettle, hair straightener, tooth kit, slippers. No complaints about the accommodation itself, just the things mentioned above were crucial for us and this is the first time I see a hotel that works only 6 hours a day.

Better than expected. Really satisfied with the service & definitely recommended for other Tourists & Locals to stay here. Private Parking available but you'll be charge 1000 yen per day. Pros: Comfortable room , Complete facilities , easy to use & the room space is perfect, not too spacious & not too narrow. Not need to worry if you couldn't speak Japanese because the staffs could speak a good English. Cons: Nothing especially. If there is , You need to use stairs if your room on level 2 or 3 because there's no Elevator in the Apartment.

Really nice room and very very clean. Comfortable beds and easy access, good location in the city. No complaints! It was the best accommodation on our 2.5 week trip where we moved location every two days.

Overall , i likes this hotel apartment. This place has huge room which consist of small kitchen , a refrigerator and washing machine and also a place to dry our clorhes on the outside our bedroom. The minus point is far from station, bus stop and tourism destination

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
