This hotel is a safety hazard! Terrible place! In 2 weeks fire alarm went on 3 times. All the hotel is evacuated during one of the heaviest snow storm in Munich and we had to wait 2 hours in the snow. No explanation, no compensation, not even an excuse from the hotel. There’s something wrong with the electric wiring of the hotel. The appliances give you literal electric shocks. I had sent written complaints and in response they blamed me and charged me for the safety hazard kettle. This place is not safe to stay and should be examined by the authorities.

EXCELLENT! Amazing for long stay! I stayed here for 3 months and this place was luxurious and comfortable. The rooms were so comfortable and nice. Comfortable bed, TV, bathroom, places to sit. They were cleaned very well every five days without fail for me. The people at the reception were so helpful and if there was any issue fixed it immediately! Price was very reasonable. Location was also great! I could travel around Munich so easily from the nearest stop Neuperlach Sud. The restaurant had the best pizzas! I loved the community spaces too to hang out with friends! Gym was great too. The grocery stores right under Revo made my life so easy! The only issue I had was dust. Dust collected in my room quite easily despite being cleaned every five days. My view was not great from my window (faced Siemens building). I could not open the windows often due to trains but it was not the worst. I am still very satisfied with what was provided.

Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. You may be deceived the looks of the property, but this business will not hesitate to charge you 150 euros for "final cleaning", which is no different than usual cleaning the staff get done in 7 minutes. You would be way better off if you stay at an airbnb than this hotel, you would at least expect to pay cleaning fee instead of getting ripped off. Absolutely pissed!

Couldn't recommend Revo enough! Great place to stay as an introduction to Munich. All the staff are super friendly and helpful! From reservations to reception, night staff and especially all the staff at the Italian canteen. Thank you all! 😎✌️ Brand new hotel. Great cosy rooms, with everything you need. Super facilities. Shops next door. S-bahn right beside it.

I was calling this place home for the last 7 months and enjoying my stay but unfortunately today I had a problem with the room. There is a water leaking from the ceiling to my bed. They offer to room change immediately which was nice but I had to carry all my stuff from 5th floor to 4th floor by myself and my room is in the farthest place on the hole so I need to spend all my day to keep caring stuff between the floors. They didn’t even offer better room or help to carry my stuff. They should at least offer something to compensate this since I’m a long term guess and paying a lot of money! I’ll probably move out as soon as possible. Not a professional way to handle the issue.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
