Stayed here last night as our other hotel had no heating and the rooms were freezing. So glad we chose this hotel it was amazing. The staff were so friendly, the room was huge, the beds were comfortable. To be honest there was nothing bad about this hotel. We had breakfast included and if they had ran out of somthing they refilled it really quickly. We booked a late check out and used the spa. I had a back, neck and shoulder massage, i was so relaxed after the hour, it felt wonderful. Didn't get the ladies name but thank you for making my sholder feel better 🙏 my boyfriend used the sauna and jacuzzi and was very refreshed afterwards. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. If i ever come back i will stay here

It is a really big and nice hotel. 24 hours reception. They have a small swimming pool (that is outdoors and in this season really cold). The room was really big and clean. Be careful what you take and eat in your room because you have to pay for it afterwards (except small water bottles on the desk). Linh at reception desk was really helpfull and tried to answer all my questions and arrange everything that I needed. Thank you very much. Breakfast is so good and so much to choose from.

Very lovely experience, exceptionally clean hotel with incredibly helpful staff. The beautiful and kind receptionist, Linh assisted us with getting to our next destination for cheaper than the bus, and was there to help with anything we needed. Really a pleasure to stay here, lots of facilities, no problems whatsoever. Thank you. Bradley

fine hotel but the staff were so rude and unaccommodating, we enquired about help booking transport to hanoi and we’re met with lots of judgemental looks and a very snappy no from reception - the rooms were clean and nice however made us feel rather uncomfortable for our 3 night stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
