It was just a business hotel, but it was not so good at the first day. In the room it remained some smell of cigarette and humidity, so I felt like I was in the basement. Actually my room was at the 4th floor. The next day I asked for the exchange for other non-smoking room. But they didn’t accept my request. They gave me just one more room cleaning. After room cleaning the smell was reduced a little bit, but the smell was left. I can’t help it. And one more the view was terrible.

The staffs were really helpful and put their extra effort to make my stay confortable. My luggage was kept safely even after i checked out as my flight was late in the afternoon. except for some drainage problem in the bathroom, it was overall a good stay. would recommend this hotel for budget friendly stay.

This place tries to rip off from the customer by trying to charge the customer for using towels. I tried wipe a bit of shampoo using the towel because I spilled a bit. It would have been washed off no problem if they just did the laundry. However, they charged me about 250000 VND saying that they tried the laundry less then in 5 mintues since I have told them to try the laundry.. What a nonsense. I had to go all the way to the hotel just because of this. Not to mention they have really bad Wifi. I recommend you guys to find other hotel as options.

Large room for a business traveler, clean room & toilet, floor 9 gives a good city view., the bf was great as well. Cons: The wifi signal is not good and could be easy to fix.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
