This guys for sure know what is hospitality and client. It won't be just a shelter for you in Marakesh. It will be oasis among crowdy, hot streets. Frankly speaking if my freinds what I liked about Marakesh, I would say only this Riad))) Owner are super nice couple from Munich, so they know what is clean, on time and style. Most of time they are on the spot and glad to communicate. Special thanks to Nourdine - calm, executive. Just one small case to show - when we already packed to go on motorcycle for a long day ride, he brought as two sandwiches to go! Forseeing desires of guest - that is 5star service. A lot of "Hilton's" should learn it

An absolute gem of a place. Incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming - would return to Riad 11 in a heartbeat. Room is super elegant, well maintained, great bathrooms with an overall ambience that felt relaxed and refined. Don't think twice, book this place if you're visiting Marrakech.

Riad 11 Zitoune was the perfect spot for us to stay in Marrakech. The staff was excellent been really helpful, polite, spoke several languages and gave us a lot of really good tips about Marrakech. The architecture of the Riad is really wonderful. The photos of this review speak by itself, the terrace on top provides a really nice view over Marrakech and I think its a must to visit on the evenings. The room was really clean, organised and with a really good AC ( made the hot afternoons in Marrakech much easy to handle). Overall, my expectations about Riad 11 Zitoune were high but they were really beaten.

Riad 11 Zitoune was our base for our recent stay in Marrakech and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there. In particular the staff were really nice and very helpful, nothing seems too much trouble. The accommodation was comfortable and the shared areas also. We arranged to be collected from the airport and were met to be walked the last five minutes to the riad, I don't think we would ever have found it ourselves as it is buried in a maze of narrow passages one leading off another. The upside of this is that we were only about five minutes walk from the Jemaa Al Fna, the great central square of Marrakech. The location meant that we were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit in Marrakech (thank you Google Maps!).

The Riad is convenient located close to Jemaa El Fna, and there are no noise disturbances. The accommodations are very pleasant and comfortable. The staff is fantastic and their chef is outstanding. Both Alexandra and Ahmed (the Riad owners) are very hospitable, accommodating and pleasant people. We felt at home! I

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
