        We didn’t stay because we had a booking error but Lahcen was so kind and helpful. He gave us tea and helped us find a new hotel. He then helped us to the taxi rank and found us a taxi saying he would do anything he could to help our stay in Marrakesh. If Lahcen represents Riad 7 stars, then you are in for incredible service.

        I cannot describe how impressed I was by the services offered by this riad. People were always smiling, with an exceptional disposition and always willing to help you. We received tips and tricks that helped us, and everything we needed was at our disposal. These people have reached my heart and I warmly recommend spending the night in this riad. It was extraordinarily clean, with daily cleaning services and an extraordinarily familiar atmosphere. It was the best choice for us, a group of 9 people. The riad is located in the old city, from where you can quickly reach the main attractions. In the 4 days I visited the city, I didn't need a taxi, reaching everywhere on foot, the most distant attraction being 25-30 minutes away on foot. The beds are extremely large and comfortable, clean, and you have peace without the noise of the street. A week after the end of the stay, I am still very happy and I warmly recommend this riad.

        This Riad is amazing,, the staff (Lahssan, Mustafa and Foziya) is so friendly and kind, they help out when booking anything you want to do, tell you about how to be a tourist here and the best ways when walking in these strange streets. 100% clean and tidy, very good breakfast and good chats. 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

        The room was nice, the bed was nice, the bathroom and shower were nice, the breakfast was very good, the staff were really friendly, the inner courtyard is peaceful and the rooftop is great. We were really happy with our stay. Thanks to all the staff. A word of caution about anyone wanting to help you find the place when you first arrive. We didn't have internet, but had a still shot of a map, and we were really close to the place and would have found it without problem. But a young guy came and wanted to help us - even though we didn't really want the help. He took us in a big circle that brought us to the place and then demanded we give him money. It turns out we were already very close and he took us in the opposite direction. It really was not a great 1st impression of Morocco. But is was a good learning experience for the rest of our time there. Be careful - people will cheat you if they can. Always ask a lot of questions. But the Riad was great!!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
