We absolutely loved our stay at Road Abaca Badra. Gilles is a hero, so cool, and the staff there were excellent. A really friendly, comfortable space that had everything we needed and a wee bit extra. The breakfast was unforgettable- with lots of home made touches. Having the option to chill out on the terrace in the busy world of Marrakesh was ideal. Would recommend to anyone!

Amazing host, amazing staff, amazing food especially Tangia beef. Wheelchair friendly and accessible with help up and down ramps. Roof terrace is beautiful with jacuzzi. Staff are very helpful. Would recommend to anybody! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a fantastic stay in the Riad. Gilles and his staff are verry nice, Welcom you with thee and explain the Medina with a map. The room was fantastic dinner and breakfast top 🤩! A big 10! And its really in the city and 15 minutes to the biq square and 4 minutes from the soukh. I think this is the best place to stay in the Medina.

Giles and his wife were wonderful hosts. They were very attentive and helpful - tips on places to see and eat in Marrakech and good advice on an itinerary for the rest of the country. Also arranged a trip to Merzouga and the desert with a company that did not make lots of stops at stores and the like. The riad itself is compact and beautiful with lovey palm trees in the center courtyard. Breakfast was by far the best I've had in Morocco and the dinner was also very nice!

Amazing stay. Gilles, the staff, the breakfast and the rooms are all 10/10. Highly recommend staying here when visiting marrakesh. Best Riad in marrakesh. Loved it

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
