Beautiful hotel and very picturesque room. The receptionist was very friendly and pleasant, as soon as we arrived she offered us plenty of activities and we didn't have time to think because of the stress we experienced when we arrived in the Medina Marrakech. I liked the city but the chaos of Marrakech is impressive, good experience!

Recently, I stayed at Abaka Riad by Ghali 2 during my trip to Marrakech, While the Riad had some positive aspects, there were also some negative aspects that affected my overall stay. Let's start with the positive aspects. The location of the Riad is conveniently situated in the heart of the medina, making it easy to explore the sights Marrakech. Additionally, the traditional Moroccan architecture and decor in the Riad were beautiful, giving me a real sense of immersion in the local culture and traditions. However, there were some issues that made my stay less enjoyable: the staff. When checking in there was a man at the reception who made the check in unnecessarily long telling irrelevant stories about Marrakech. It came across as somewhat intrusive. Most guests have had a long journey to marrakech and want a quiet and calm person at the reception. Also, the people at the reception were constantly calling which we heard in the room. It would be good if the staff pays attention to this in the future. Furthermore, there are cameras everywhere in the riad, even at the pool, we felt somewhat watched. (Not in the room) Additionally, the breakfast served was simple and repetitively the same. I would have liked to see some variation in breakfast options. Overall I would still recommend this riad to friends and family.

Had an amazing stay at the riad by ghali 2: lovely authentic atmosphere, very clean rooms and super friendly staff. The breakfast on the rooftop was the cherry on top of the whole experience!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
