This Riad was very nice but I’d like to really commend the staff. We were there just after the earthquake and they were very helpful and attentive. I can’t believe how kind and caring they were during these tough times. Thank you. I would visit again.

Great Riad, clean, a lot of services (hairdrier, laundry, free breakfast). Nice people, Jamal is amazing and very helpful. The ladies of the kitchen always put love in all breakfast they serve and in the room service. Great roof top where to enjoy the nights in Marrakech and magical atmosphere.

I want to start by talking about my 5-day family trip in riad abjaou if that's even its real name. Abdel who is the owner of the riad was Very welcoming to start with until he found out we booked excursions before we came to Marrakech and at that point he did not give us a tour of the riad and left immediately. Jamal who works there was very kind and helpful and the ladies in the kitchen were nice. We did not have our own access to the riad as Jamal had to open the door for us every time we came back to the riad which restricted us from going out and coming back late. We had to let Jamal know when we're coming back everytime we went out like we had a curfew on holiday. We asked if there could be a fruit platter made to which abdel replied saying it's too expensive. We then asked if we can bring our own fruits and abdel the owner told us he would charge us for using plates knives and forks, but we booked the riad knowing there's a kitchen for us to use because we had kids. One of the nights, we came back around 11pm and Jamal asked us to stay in and not go out as he is going sleep because of other guests. Another time we came home around 11 and jamal is sleeping in the lounge area we normally sit in and is sleeping and told us to be quiet as other guest are sleeping. We had to spend the rest of the night in one room and there was 11 of us. They were rationing the toilet rolls so we had to come down 3 sets of stairs to ask every-time we needed a toilet roll. There's no cleaning facilities for your bottom half. We booked this riad just for lounging and sleeping and relaxing so we could enjoy the country and they made us feel guilty for ordering food to the riad. The next morning abdel comes up to us and says "you can spend money on McDonald's but not spend it on the riad food we offered" Another comment he made was "tip the staff before you leave" location is in a rubbish area and does not feel safe walking at the night. That was my holiday to Marrakech and it was one of the worst experiences ever.

Nice authentic Riad with friendly staff. We had a perfect welcome with some mint tea. The roof garden was perfect to enjoy the spring sun. Tip for the owner: renovate, because the doors from the sink in the bathroom were not attached and the water from the shower took hours to disappear. The lamp above my bed had burn marks: it felt a bit dangerous.

Absolutely best experience in Marrakesh, all the staff was amazing! The owner Abdel helped us for everything, organising our tours, and showing us best places on town. Fatima is a master chef, food 10/10!! Hope to go back soon.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
